About AP Dental

APDental was founded in 2006 in San Francisco by Jörg Müller, MDT, following more than 17 years of hands-on experience running dental laboratories in San Francisco and Düsseldorf.

​

APDental develops and supplies workflow-driven dental material systems for quality-focused laboratories. Our focus is not on individual products, but on complete, predictable systems for

Press-to-Metal, Press-to-Zirconia, Lithium Disilicate, porcelain layering, validated 3D printing workflows using AP 3D Materials, and high-precision finishing workflows supported by a complete range of APDental burs and bur kits.

Every APDental system is designed from real bench experience. Complex technologies—including digital and additive manufacturing processes—are reduced to clear, repeatable workflows that technicians can apply confidently in daily production.  

If a workflow cannot be explained simply and executed reliably, it does not belong in our portfolio.

Our materials—including porcelain press systems, ceramic layering solutions, AP 3D printing materials, AP Wax blanks, and a full range of top-tier dental burs and curated bur kits—are refined through continuous practical application, calibration, and long-term use.                                                               The result is consistency, efficiency, and dependable esthetic outcomes.
